Anna left the Lima MTC on Tuesday and flew to Trujillo. She was able to make a brief call home from the airport! It was great to hear her voice and she used a pay phone for the first time in her life:) We received a short email from her on Wednesday and Sister Marble, the mission president's wife, also sent an email with pictures. We can't wait for Monday and a report on how her first week went!
Hi mom and dad! I'm here in Trujillo and I've met my trainer, Hermana
Delgado! She seems really cool and I'm super excited for my area! I'll
be in Cajamarca!!! I'll send more on PDay (Monday), but I love you all
so much, have such a good week!!

Dear Stevenson Family,
Hola!
We wanted to let you know that your daughter arrived safely in
Trujillo last night. We are so excited to have her here. We already
love her and know that she will be a wonderful missionary. She and her
companion left this afternoon for their assigned area. We have included
a picture of her arrival, a picture of her at the mission home with us
and a picture of her with her new companion.
